What can you expect when buying new doors?

Here’s our process

1.  Call us or stop by our showroom

Give us a call any time or just stop by our convenient garage door showroom in North Aurora.  Customers can view a large selection of garage door displays and openers and work with our garage door specialists to explore options. We’ll help you through the selection process and provide additional materials or resources to help aid your decision.

2.  Determine door size(s)

Once you have your product selection in mind, we will request your garage door measurements, and submit the details to the manufacturer(s) for pricing.

3.  Estimate provided to customer

Once we receive pricing from the manufacturer(s), we will prepare and email you the final estimate. We are happy to review the proposal with you and make any necessary adjustments.

4.  Customer places order and provides deposit

Before we can place the order, you will be required to return a copy of your signed proposal and pay a deposit on the total.

5.  Field measurement completed and order is processed

After we’ve received your deposit, we will schedule a field measurement. Our garage door specialist will come to your home and obtain exact measurements to assure order accuracy. If the measurement determines a need to modify the original estimate, the revised proposal will need to be signed by the customer before the order is then processed. Once this step is completed, we will then submit your order with the manufacturer(s) and provide an estimated lead time.

6.  Installation is scheduled

After we’ve received your deposit, we will schedule a field measurement. Our garage door specialist will come to your home or business to assure order accuracy. We will obtain exact measurements for the doors and tracks as well as to identify any issues or obstructions.
